Personality
Charlie is very much an introvert, preferring to keep to himself most of the time while reading books, surfing the internet, sleeping, or sitting in nature.
He is quite shy and submissive, though has a dominant touch once in a while depending on the situation. He has anxiety, which can make social situations rather tough on him. When approached, he may talk very quiet, appearing skittish, playing with his sleeves, fingers, or hair.
Charlie gets embarrassed quite easily, and this can make him stutter or fidget, though he hates this about himself.
Charlie is, overall, a very kind and sweet person, rarely ever testing anyone's patience and is always afraid of upsetting people, so he chooses his words carefully.
Charlie can be flirtatious at times, though he's usually oblivious when flirted with, so being up front with him rather than dropping hints is recommended, because he will rarely ever catch on regular hints.

Charlie stands at 6 foot even, though looks a little bit shorter due to a slight slouch.
His skin is light, but not too pale, actually giving warm pink and olive undertones. He has light freckles that dot the bridge of his nose, under the eyes, and between his full, youthful brows.
He has very messy, wavy-curly, sandy dishwater blonde hair, is a bit on the shorter side, though falls past his round, somewhat outward facing ears in curls, and down to his chin in some areas, touching the nape of his neck in the back, and his bangs often fall to cover his eyes so he has to move them to the side.
He has an average build, a little bit on the lanky side though and doesn't have much visible muscle mass.
Charlie's doe like eyes are a soft hazel that shy more toward the green side. His eyes are usually framed by medium rimmed, nutmeg colored, plastic glasses. His eyelashes are fairly long, giving him a more feminine touch if looked at closely enough.
Charlie often sports slightly over fitting clothes, preferring to wear a beater tank top, cardigan over a t-shirt, or a t-shirt with his favorite tri-colored knitted sweater with a large, floppy hood; slim fitting jeans of some kind, and most of the time wears regular black sneakers.
